Growing up just outside of Clarksburg, WV Duane has been a native of Fairmont for the past twelve years. He attended Fairmont State University receiving a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering. While employed at a local architecture firm he decided to further his education by attending night and weekend classes at West Virginia University leading to completion of an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration. This gave him the push to start his own Construction Design Firm located here in Fairmont. As the business grew over the years it lead him into purchasing investment properties, and from working hand-in-hand with local realtors grew a natural ability to buy and sell real estate. Raising a family here in Fairmont with his wife and two girls keeps him motivated and helps him to relate to any of his clients needs. As a member of the Board of Zoning and Appeals for the City of Fairmont he is kept up-to-date on all the current housing and commercial trends, along with which areas are being developed in and out of the city limits. With the previously mentioned experience and a dedicated work ethic he has completed the seemingly natural progression to expand into the real estate business by beginning work with Dream Home Properties, LLC and looks forward to assisting any and all clients with their buying and selling needs.
